Just had a few boxes of Joe Kid and Stompin Stu arrive into stock last night, Some really classic stuff right here. Joe kid on a Stingray is a must have for anyone that has an interest in BMX history , Where we have been and where we are going. Stompin Stu is the follow on from this and is more of a biography on Stu Thomson a certified BMX legend still killing it today. This is another fine piece of work from John and Mark at BangPictures.

Some really great footage in this release as well as some of the funniest mid 80s comercials i have ever seen, Keep your eyes on the box stock Huffys with reflectors and steel rims getting a pasting- classic!

If you ride BMX you need to own this DVD and thats all there is to it. its quite amazing to think how far things have come when you watch someone like Russel Brindley flow through 250s at Posh or Nathan Williams riding street in Barcelona to think that this all started riding around on flat tracks on glorified beach cruisers. Gotta love the knobby hobby in all its joyous forms!
